Congratulations to the Tuscan Avenue Encore Athlete of the Month, Emma Cotney! Emma is a junior Volleyball player at William Carey University where she is majoring in Elementary Education. Emma will graduate in the class of 2018. After graduation she plans to travel for a few years before beginning her teaching career.  She is the daughter of Joel Cotney and Christy Sharp.
