Congratulations to our Athlete of the Month, Ja’Lajiah Woodard!

Ja’Lajiah has been working hard at Encore Rehabilitation-Phenix City as she recovers from patella surgery. Over the past three months, she has shown incredible determination and dedication throughout her rehabilitation journey.

Her physical therapy has focused on regaining knee range of motion, improving strength, and restoring function so she can safely return to doing what she loves most—playing basketball. With each visit, Ja’Lajiah continues to make great progress through strengthening exercises, mobility training, and functional activities that are helping prepare her to get back on the court.

Ja’Lajiah was referred to Encore and says she would recommend us because “Encore has great service and they work around my schedule.” We’re grateful to be part of her recovery and proud of the hard work and positive attitude she brings to every session!

Keep up the amazing work, Ja’Lajiah! We can’t wait to see you continue reaching your goals and cheering you on as you get back to the game that is your passion!

Brooklyn Willard is back in the game—and we are here to celebrate!

After a hamstring injury sidelined her from softball and kept her from running, jumping, and participating in other athletic activities, Brooklyn dedicated herself to recovery at Encore Rehabilitation–West Mobile.

She rested, stayed focused, and put in the work—and it paid off! Brooklyn successfully worked her way back to the field and the sport she loves! We are so proud of her!

As Head Coach of the Lurleen B. Wallace Community College Saints Women’s Basketball team, Coach Connor Williams spends his days helping student-athletes grow and succeed. Jackson Kelley’s rehab success with Encore Rehabilitation-West Mobile

Some success stories are just too good not to share—Jackson Kelley is one of them!

After knee surgery, Jackson worked hard to return to work and the activities he enjoys. He showed up, put in the effort, and achieved excellent results!

Jackson kept the West Mobile team smiling throughout his recovery. He even brought treats for his favorite Physical Therapist Assistant, Amber LaConsay, hoping to convince her to take it easy on him. The treats were definitely a hit, and Jackson’s sense of humor made every visit more enjoyable.

He worked hard, kept everyone laughing, and made tremendous progress along the way.
