Meet Shirley Foster, Patient of the Month for Encore Rehabilitation – Russellville!

Ms. Foster recently suffered a broken arm and was in need of physical therapy to regain her strength and motion. She came to Encore because her friends recommended the Rehab Team in Russellville.
