Vigorous hiking, extreme cycling, and long-distance walking are all activities that require healthy knees. All of these are sports that Mr. Tim Watson enjoys but pain and weaknesses in his knee and patella recently has prevented his participation.
Mr. Watson’s doctor referred him to Encore Rehabilitation-Pelham for Physical Therapy. After a few weeks of care, Mr. Watson is now ready to return to his active lifestyle, including taking part in an upcoming 20 mile walk. We are proud of his determination to regain his health!
