Congratulations to Jake Bonner who was chosen as the Haleyville Clinic Athlete of the Month! Jake is a senior athlete at Phillips High School in Bear Creek, AL. He is a member of the Bear’s basketball team and you can find him on the court wearing the jersey number 21.  His impressive award count consist of the Timesdaily 1A-3A basketball Player of the Year, 1st Team All-State his junior year, All-County and All-Conference for the last 4 years, and All-Regional the last 2 years.  Jake is the son of Jeff and Karen Bonner.  Good luck this coming basketball season, Jake!
