Meet Brittany First! 

Brittany is a professional Equestrian, a Large Animal Veterinarian who specializes in acupuncture, chiropractic and rehab, a loving mom, and wife. 

She came to Encore for Physical Therapy after falling off of her horse and shattering her right hip.  At the time of her accident, her son was only 8 weeks old.  

Brittany came to us in a wheelchair and non-weight-bearing on her left leg.  She was unable to hold/care for her child, unable to work and unable to participate in any of her usual day-to-day tasks.  She couldn’t even fully dress herself without help.  

Brittany has worked SOOOO Hard to get her life back.  First it was the little things, like being able to stand and walk, then it was to being able to dress and bathe without help.  

Next, she worked diligently to walk longer distances, squat, kneel, lunge and get back to caring for her household and all of her animals.  Then finally she was able to start working again and now has she returned to handling the LARGER horses, performing all of her prior higher level job demand tasks and is able to initiate jogging!

Brittany has truly gotten her life back with 110% effort ALL THE WAY!!!  Welcome back to work, chores, hobbies and loving life, Brittany!  We have loved working with you! We wish you continued good health and success!
