Congratulations to the Columbiana Encore Athlete of the Month, Haley Horton! Haley is a freshman at Shelby Co. High School and is a member of the softball team. Her favorite subject in school is career tech and she would like to attend a college to major in Sports Medicine. Haley has an older and a younger brother, and she is the daughter of Paul and Remona.
