Peyton Young, a DPT student at the University of South Alabama, recently completed her first clinical rotation at Encore Rehabilitation–Semmes, wrapping up her first year of PT school.
Peyton did a fantastic job throughout her rotation, bringing a great attitude, a strong desire to learn, and an enthusiasm for physical therapy that made an impression on our team. We know she has a bright future ahead of her!

This summer marks 19 years since Heather graduated as a member of the University of South Alabama’s first DPT class, and she has spent approximately 17 of those years serving as a Clinical Instructor.
We’re proud of Peyton for reaching this milestone and grateful for clinicians like Heather who continue to invest their time and experience in the next generation of Physical Therapists! Thank you, Heather!
