Congratulations to Andrew Norton who was chosen as the Vernon Encore Athlete of the Month! Andrew is a junior, multi-sport, athlete at Lamar County high school.  He has played on the Bulldogs Football, Basketball, and Baseball teams for 2 years now.  You can find him on the field, on the court, or on the diamond wearing jersey number 12.  A few of Andrew’s awards consist of the Highest Academic Average for Baseball, All-County Basketball B-Team 2014-2015, and All-WAC Basketball B-Team 2015.  Andrew is the son of Greg and Karla Norton.  Keep up the good work Andrew!
