We are excited to celebrate our Patient of the Month, Drew Shepard, as he completes his Physical Therapy journey!

For the past two months, Drew has been committed to healing from a separated AC Joint in his shoulder, along with tendonitis and bursitis. When Drew realized he would need Physical Therapy, he chose Encore to help him build back strength and mobility.

Shamiya is a Junior at Smiths Station High School, where she competes in Basketball and Track. This year, she placed third in the Triple Jump at the AHSAA State Track Meet. After she graduates high school, Shamiya plans to major in Pre-med and become an anesthesiologist.

Mr. Shotts is Patient of the Month for Encore Rehabilitation-Haleyville

Meet Michael Shotts, Patient of the Month for Encore Rehabilitation-Haleyville!

Mr. Shotts suffered an ACL tear and had surgery to repair his ACL. When he was ready for rehab, he asked his medical team for recommendations on a rehab clinic. He shares, “Due to my age and the type of surgery, I was looking for the best place to perform my physical therapy. She has been selected in Basketball for All-County, All-County Tournament Team, and All-Area. In Volleyball, she has been selected All-County, All-Area, and All-Area MVP. She plans to continue her Volleyball career at Gadsden State and pursue a teaching degree. Her personal interests include volleyball, basketball and drawing.
