Meet Justin Hargett, PT, DPT, Industrial Rehab Leader with Encore Rehabilitation, Inc.

Encore Rehabilitation, our leaders combine advanced clinical training, industrial rehabilitation expertise, and functional recovery experience to help patients return to work safely and efficiently.

Meet Justin Hargett, PT, DPT, Regional Director of Operations for Encore Rehabilitation North Alabama/Northwest Alabama. Justin has been with Encore for 12 years, serving as Clinical Director at multiple clinics across the region while helping lead operations and clinical excellence across Encore’s Industrial Rehab programs.

Justin holds certifications in post-offer employment testing and ergonomics through WorkSteps and Atlas Ergonomics. He is trained in McKenzie lumbar and cervical spine techniques as well as being certified in dry needling. He brings a strong foundation in manual therapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, and sports performance training.

He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Alabama State University and his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Auburn University, where he was also a four-year letterman in baseball.

Justin’s work focuses heavily on industrial rehabilitation testing, functional recovery, and sports and orthopedic rehab, ensuring patients receive high-level, evidence-based care individually tailored to successful return-to-work and performance outcomes.

His leadership reflects Encore’s commitment to excellence in Industrial Rehab across every community we serve!

Meet Industrial Rehab Expert Jason Yarber, DPT, with Encore Rehabilitation, Inc.!

At Encore Rehabilitation, strong Industrial Rehab programs are built on clinical expertise, workplace insight, and leaders who understand how to help employees recover safely and return to work with confidence.

Meet Jason Yarber, DPT, Cert. MDT, Regional Director for Encore Rehabilitation in Booneville and Tupelo, Mississippi! Jason brings extensive leadership experience to both clinics, along with a strong background in industrial rehabilitation, injury prevention, and workplace health.

Jason earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He holds advanced credentials through the McKenzie Spine Institute, a vestibular certification from the American Institute of Balance, and certification as an Industrial Ergonomic Evaluator through OccuPro.

He is also trained in Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) and impairment ratings, providing valuable expertise in return-to-work planning and workers’ compensation cases. His clinical and consulting work includes ergonomic assessments, post-offer employment testing, and injury prevention and treatment services for regional industries.

Jason has also served as Director of Rehabilitation for a local hospital and was the owner of a private practice for 14 years, bringing both operational leadership and hands-on clinical expertise to his role. Jason’s experience and leadership continue to strengthen Encore’s Industrial Rehab services, helping employers, providers, and employees achieve better outcomes across every stage of recovery.

Since joining the Encore Rehab Team in 2021, Elizabeth has been dedicated to helping patients move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing the things they love most! Her passion for personalized care and long-term recovery shines through in every patient interaction.

Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of South Alabama and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from William Carey University. She is certified in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation as well as dry needling.

Meet Marna Hallman, PT, Regional Director for Encore Rehabilitation. A graduate of the University of South Alabama, Marna brings more than 32 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in outpatient orthopedic and industrial rehabilitation settings.

Throughout her career, Marna has specialized in job analysis, development of functional job descriptions, worksite assessments, and post-offer employment testing. She has worked closely with employers to develop programs focused on employee safety, injury prevention, and successful return-to-work outcomes.

As a Regional Director with Encore, Marna oversees clinical operations while ensuring high standards of care across multiple locations.

Known for her collaborative approach and deep understanding of the physical demands of various occupations, Marna has become a trusted partner for both patients and industry clients. She remains passionate about bridging the gap between rehabilitation and the workplace—helping individuals recover, stay active, and perform their best on the job.
