Samuel Walton needed to work on his balance and strength. His doctor referred him to Encore Rehabilitation-Columbiana. Now he is dancing again!
Sam says, “I am pleased with the therapy I received and with my progress. I can walk much better and I don’t lose my balance like I did before coming to Physical Therapy. The therapy staff was helpful and friendly. I would absolutely recommend PT to my friends at Encore.”
“I am now able to participate with dancing again without losing my balance!“
We are so happy you can dance again, Samuel! Thank you for making Encore Rehabilitation-Columbiana your rehab provider!

Congratulations to the Tuscaloosa Encore Athlete of the Month, Meredith Cowart! You won’t see her on the softball field or volleyball court; but you will find her in a dance studio! Meredith trains in a very technical and prestigious way through dancing. Only an 8th grader at Hillcrest Middle School, Meredith has been dancing for over 10 years now. She is a member of the Academy of Ballet and Jazz Company, in Northport, AL, where she also performs solos from time to time. Meredith has a 4.0 GPA, is a member of the Duke University Talent Identification Program, and the National Honor Society. Her future plans are to attend the University of Alabama and pursue a degree in Neonatal Nursing. Meredith is the daughter of Marvin and Sheila Cowart.
Keep up the good work, Meredith!
