Sister & Brother Gracie and Tucker are Physical Therapy Patients of the Month for Encore Rehabilitation-Dothan

Say hello to sister and brother duo Gracie and Tucker, Physical Therapy Patients of the Month for Encore Rehabilitation-Dothan!

Following a four wheeler accident, Tucker broke his elbow. Tucker had surgery on his right elbow resulting in 3 pins being placed and then having the pins removed. Tucker stated that his favorite part of therapy is the arm bike!

Gracie then followed Tucker by having a four wheeler accident breaking her elbow. Gracie had surgery resulting in having 2 screws placed in her left elbow. Gracie stated her favorite part of therapy is the therapists! (We love you, too, Gracie and Tucker!)

After several months of therapy, Gracie and Tucker are progressing well and getting back to doing the things they love!

For several years, Alyssa’s knee cap had been dislocating. She discovered this problem was from a misalignment in her leg. Alyssa had a major knee surgery performed in order to correct the alignment. Her doctor recommended Encore Rehabilitation-Dothan for her rehab. Alyssa shares, “I am very glad he recommended Encore!”

Post Offer Evaluation Test (POET) – An Invaluable Tool*

Tyler Upton continues his rehab journey with Encore Rehabilitation-Winfield

In August 2019, Tyler Upton was involved in a very serious car accident. As a result of the accident, Tyler suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury. After spending three months hospitalized at UAB, he started an intensive rehab program at the Shepherd Center in Atlanta, Georgia.

In March 2020, Tyler returned home to Winfield and continued his recovery process at Encore Rehabilitation-Winfield. At Encore, Tyler continues to regain his skills in balance, coordination, and agility. He has made extraordinary progress since his accident!

We are very, very proud of Tyler! We know with his persistence and dedication with his rehab, he will continue to heal and recover. Keep going, Tyler! We LOVE to see you move!
