New Employee Spotlight! ~ Meet Nikki Leathers Monk!
Nikki is the Athletic Trainer at Tupelo Christian Preparatory School (TCPS) and brings more than a decade of experience in sports medicine to the TCPS family.
Nikki began her education at Itawamba Community College before earning her bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine from Delta State University. She later earned her master’s degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Southern Mississippi and gained valuable experience through an internship with Ole Miss. Nikki has worked in sports medicine since 2014 and joined Encore Sports Medicine in July 2026, where she continues to serve and support student-athletes at TCPS.
Outside of her career, Nikki is a devoted mom to her two sons. After the unexpected loss of her husband, Patrick, in January 2023, Nikki has remained dedicated to raising their boys and building a life filled with love, family, and meaningful memories.
When she’s not caring for student-athletes or spending time with her boys, Nikki enjoys being with family and friends and cheering on her beloved Ole Miss Rebels.
We are so excited to have Nikki as part of the Encore Rehabilitation and TCPS family and look forward to all she brings to the school, athletes, and community!
