Dawson is a Sophomore at Orange Beach High School where he competes in Football and Track for the Makos. He enjoys hunting, working out and hanging out with his friends. His post-high school plans include pursuing a degree at Auburn University.

Dawson is the son of Kristie and Dennis Drake.
