Chase Moore has successful stroke recovery with Encore Rehabilitation-Winfield

Meet Chris Moore, Patient of the Month for Encore Rehabilitation-Winfield!

Mr. Moore suffered a stroke in December, where he received inpatient physical therapy before he transitioned to Encore Rehabilitation – Winfield to continue working on his recovery in an outpatient setting.

Mr. Moore states, “Flexibility and strength training along with balance training has really helped me regain a healthy and successful life. My daughter used Encore and I knew through conversations with her that Encore would be thorough, caring and beneficial in my recovery.”

Mr. Moore goes on to state, “They take your health serious at Encore Rehabilitation-Winfield and work hard to get you as close to a 100 percent back to normal as possible.”

With the support of our compassionate team of healthcare professionals, Mr. Moore has regained his strength, balance and independence! He is now able to return to his daily activities and all the things he enjoys!

Tyler Upton continues his rehab journey with Encore Rehabilitation-Winfield

In August 2019, Tyler Upton was involved in a very serious car accident. As a result of the accident, Tyler suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury. After spending three months hospitalized at UAB, he started an intensive rehab program at the Shepherd Center in Atlanta, Georgia.

In March 2020, Tyler returned home to Winfield and continued his recovery process at Encore Rehabilitation-Winfield. At Encore, Tyler continues to regain his skills in balance, coordination, and agility. He has made extraordinary progress since his accident!

We are very, very proud of Tyler! We know with his persistence and dedication with his rehab, he will continue to heal and recover. Keep going, Tyler! We LOVE to see you move!
