Encore Rehabilitation – Tupelo Patient of the Month
Congratulations to Jennifer Merrell, our Encore Rehabilitation – Tupelo Patient of the Month!
Jennifer suffered a wrist fracture that required surgery and extensive therapy to regain her mobility and strength. Through dedication and hard work, she attended therapy three times a week, focusing on restoring her fine motor skills in her dominant hand and wrist.
Her goal was to return to performing her phlebotomy skills at the same level as before her injury in her role as a nurse and she’s proud to say she’s met that goal!
Jennifer shared,
“I would recommend Encore Rehabilitation – Tupelo. The Occupational Therapists are creative and adaptive in activities that are specific to your desired functional ability. They are encouraging, fun, and create a great sense of camaraderie along with the hard work!”
Thank you, Jennifer, for trusting us with your care! We’ve loved being part of your recovery journey and are thrilled to see you back doing the job you love.

💚🌍 Today we join families and clinics around the world in recognizing World Cerebral Palsy Day!
Cerebral Palsy is the most common lifelong physical disability in childhood, but it does not define a child’s potential. Every child has their own strengths, joys, and ways of moving through the world — and with the right support, they can thrive.
At Encore Rehabilitation, we are honored to walk alongside children with CP and their families. Through Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy, we focus on helping kids build skills, confidence, and independence so they can reach their goals — big and small!
Today we celebrate the strength, resilience, and possibilities of every child with CP! 💪💚
Encore Rehabilitation, Inc. recently held a 2-day conference with our Regional Office Managers from across Alabama and Mississippi! It was great to have everyone together!
Thank you to all of our ROMs for your dedication and hard work! We appreciate each of you!

This week we join in celebrating International Week of the Deaf and International Day of Sign Language!
At our clinic, we believe every child deserves a voice—whether spoken, signed, or expressed in their own unique way. Communication is connection, and sign language is a beautiful reminder that there are many ways to share love, joy, and understanding.
Our Rehab Team of Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists works alongside families to support children in building those connections—whether that’s through sign language, gestures, or other tools that help them thrive.
Here’s to celebrating inclusion, breaking barriers, and amplifying every child’s voice!
