Tommy John surgery may have put JT Moreno on the sidelines, but it certainly hasn’t slowed down his drive!

We are excited to recognize JT as Athlete of the Month for Encore Rehabilitation–Andalusia!

A junior at Straughn High School, JT is a two-sport athlete competing in baseball and football for the Tigers. He has brought the same determination and work ethic to Physical Therapy as he does to competition, working hard throughout his rehabilitation following Tommy John surgery.

That competitive spirit has already earned JT Second Team All-Region honors in football, and his goals extend well beyond high school athletics. After graduation, he plans to attend the University of Florida, major in sports medicine, and pursue a career as a sports medicine physician assistant.

When he’s not competing, training, or studying, JT enjoys working out, listening to music, and just about anything involving sports.

We are proud to celebrate JT’s hard work and excited to cheer him on as he continues his comeback! Congratulations, JT!
