Ken Potts is a dedicated Service Advisor at an automotive company. He injured his knee during a work incident and faced significant challenges. After receiving physical therapy, he was referred to Encore Rehabilitation-Hand and Industrial Rehab for a work conditioning program to prepare him for a safe return to work.

Over six weeks, Mr. Potts showed incredible determination and resilience. Our expert team guided him through a personalized work conditioning program, focusing on improving his physical function and job-specific skills. 

And now we are proud to announce that Mr. Potts has successfully resumed his full-duty work activities! We enjoyed working with him and are delighted to see him back to living his best life!
