We are excited to welcome Beth Darr, our new Physical Therapist Assistant, to the Encore Rehabilitation-Orange Beach Rehab Team!
Beth has extensive experience providing Physical Therapy care and especially enjoys Orthopedics. She loves helping patients and athletes with their return to activities and competitive sports to improve their overall quality of life.
Beth is originally from Florida and now a proud Alabama resident with her husband and daughter. We are delighted to have Beth with us and can’t wait to see the progress and successes she will have with our patients.

Shania Colton, PT, DPT, is the Clinic Director at Encore Rehabilitation-Leeds/Moody
Meet Encore Rehabilitation-Leeds/Moody Clinic Director, Shania Colton!
Shania obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Alabama State University.
She has experience in general outpatient orthopedics, working with patients with sport-related injuries, joint replacements, ligaments/tendon repairs, motor vehicle accidents, and spine pain.
She also treats pelvic health patients in the areas of urinary incontinence (bladder leakage), prolapse, and sexual dysfunction.
In addition, Shania is Certified in Dry Needling to reduce soft tissue pain and limitations.
Shania shares, “My most enjoyable thing about being a Physical Therapist is seeing the excitement on my patients’ faces when they reach their functional goals.”

“I needed Physical Therapy because I had an injury at a trampoline park. In my injury, I tore my ACL, PCL, and meniscus and severed my popliteal artery, all from a fully dislocated knee, because I landed wrong. I was in a terrible position where I wasn’t strong. I lost a lot of muscle, and in order to grow and function again, the only route was Physical Therapy. My doctor sent me to Encore Rehabilitation-Opelika.
