Meet Sid Scarborough, PT, Regional Vice President of Business Development with Encore Rehabilitation. Sid has served the Mobile and Baldwin County market for 12 years and brings more than 37 years of experience as a Physical Therapist practicing orthopedic, acute, and industrial physical therapy.
In addition to his clinical background, Sid spent over 20 years as a hospital administrator, overseeing ambulatory services and industrial medicine programs. His leadership in the Industrial Rehab setting includes post-injury rehabilitation, work hardening and work conditioning, return-to-work programming, ergonomic assessments and worksite analysis, and pre- and post-employment screening across all levels of industrial environments.
Sid also serves as a primary educator for back injury prevention, workplace safety guidelines, and workstation analysis, helping organizations reduce risk while supporting employee health. With a strong background in claims management and medical case coordination, he ensures injured workers receive timely, effective care while helping employers maintain compliance and control claim costs.
Sid’s depth of experience allows for consistent, effective communication between employees, healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and employers — reinforcing Encore’s position as a trusted leader in Industrial Rehab and Workers’ Comp services.
🏆Advanced Certification Highlight🏆 Meet Erin Moody, Physical Therapist at our Ocean Springs Spine and Pelvic Therapy clinic!
Erin obtained her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of South Alabama and started her Physical Therapy career in outpatient orthopedics and has specialized in pelvic health.
Erin is a Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and is also a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.
This unique certification identifies Erin as a specialist in the pelvic health field and covers pelvic health throughout the life cycle and across genders.
As a pelvic health physical therapist, she treats bladder and bowel issues, pelvic pain, and sexual dysfunction in women and men.
In order to receive this specialized licensed certification, Erin had to complete 2000 licensed clinic hours of direct pelvic health patient care in the previous 8 years‼️

Meet Paige M. Trammell, DPT, OCS, MTC, Regional Director for Encore Rehabilitation in the Birmingham, Alabama market. Paige has nearly 20 years of experience in orthopedic, sports medicine, and industrial rehabilitation and has been with Encore Rehabilitation for the past 3.5 years.
Paige holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine and is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist. She also earned a specialty certification in Manual Therapy through the American Academy of Manual Physical Therapists. Her clinical background is rooted in high-level performance — beginning with her time as a four-year varsity softball athlete at the University of West Florida.
With 19 years of experience in industrial rehabilitation, Paige performs human performance evaluations, pre- and post-offer employment testing, workers’ compensation and industrial rehab treatment, as well as work conditioning and work hardening programs. In addition to patient care, she plays a key role in training clinicians across the Birmingham market, ensuring industrial athletes receive consistent, expert care focused on safe and efficient return-to-work outcomes.

Meet Alexandra Rice, Office Manager with Encore Rehabilitation-West Mobile!
As the welcoming face behind the scenes at our West Mobile clinic, Alexandra helps make sure every patient feels supported.
Here’s a little more about her in her own words: “I come from a graphic design background and enjoy bringing a detail-oriented, organized approach to keeping our clinic running smoothly.
“I love helping patients feel welcome and fully supported, working closely with our amazing team of therapists with care plans that meet each patient’s needs and fit their schedules.

Meet Encore Rehabilitation Regional Director Jason Yarber, DPT, Cert. MDT, CIEE!
Jason earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He holds advanced credentials through the McKenzie Spine Institute, a vestibular certification from the American Institute of Balance, and certification as an Industrial Ergonomic Evaluator through OccuPro.
Jason currently serves as Regional Director for Encore Rehabilitation–Booneville and Encore Rehabilitation–Tupelo, bringing extensive leadership experience to both clinics. He has previously served as Director of Rehabilitation for a local hospital and was the owner of a private practice for 14 years. His clinical and consulting work includes ergonomic assessments, post-offer employment testing, and injury prevention and treatment services for regional industries.
A lifelong Booneville resident, Jason is deeply invested in serving Prentiss County and the surrounding communities. He is a devoted husband and father and an active member of his church.

Meet Kelsey Tubbs, DPT! We’re excited to celebrate the addition of Physical Therapist Kelsey Tubbs to our rehab team at DCH Encore Tuscaloosa North!
Kelsey is deeply dedicated to pelvic rehabilitation and has a special passion for supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and urinary incontinence. Her commitment to her skills means our patients receive compassionate, evidence-based care every step of the way.
