Nick Tolstick has been a practicing Physical Therapist for 5 years. He is a native of Pickens County and a graduate of Gordo High School, the University of Alabama, and the University of South Alabama, where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He is passionate about serving others and thrilled to have the opportunity to serve the people of Pickens County!
Nick and his wife, Tracy, have two children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, working out, and watching sports.

Encore Rehabilitation is pleased to welcome Scott Thames PT, DPT, to the Rehab Team at Encore Rehabilitation-MGCCC Perk Campus!
Scott is a native of Wiggins, Mississippi. After graduating from Stone County High School, he began his college journey at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. After graduation, he attended the University of Mississippi for his Bachelors Degree and continued on to the University of South Alabama to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Scott’s personal interests include exercising, playing pick-up basketball, walking his dog, going to live sporting events, and spending time with family and friends.
Scott tells us, “Being able to come back and work as a Physical Therapist on the MGCCC campus is a dream come true! I began my college journey on this campus and to now be working here is still somewhat surreal. Athletics and my community are two particular areas that I am extremely passionate about. This job allows me to care for and cultivate relationships with both. I’m thankful for the opportunity to join the Encore Rehabilitation-MGCCC Sports Medicine Team and excited to get started!”
Encore Rehabilitation-Opp welcomes to the Rehab Team Blake Cobb, LPTA!
Blake is a graduate of the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Wallace Community College. He will be proving rehab at Encore Rehabilitation clinics in Opp, Enterprise, and the surrounding area. We are very glad to have him with us!

Thank you to everyone who participated in our Summer Canned Food Drive! Because of your generosity, we were able to donate almost 400 cans to the Wiregrass Area Food Bank!

Encore Rehabilitation, Inc. is pleased to introduce Bradley Bailey, Physical Therapist and the new Clinic Director at Encore Rehabilitation-Moulton!
Bradley is a graduate of the University of North Alabama where he completed his Exercise Science degree while also playing baseball for the UNA Lions. He continued his academic career at Bellarmine University where he received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
Bradley shares, “I am passionate and committed to providing quality patient care through an individualized and hands-on approach. I am looking forward to building relationships throughout Moulton and the surrounding communities.”
Outside of the clinic, Bradley enjoys spending time with his wife, Ashley. They enjoy family time, hunting, fishing, and all sports.
We are glad to have Bradley with us at Encore Rehabilitation-Moulton! We know he will provide great patient care and be an active part of the community.
In honor of Better Hearing and Speech Month, Encore Rehabilitation-Cullman invites you to meet Allison Allcorn, Speech-Language Pathologist!
Allison originally grew up in Snead, Alabama, where she graduated from Susan Moore High School. She has received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Disorders from Auburn University and her Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Faulkner University. Allison has also participated in trainings for Lamp: Words for Life and 1st 50 Words when working with Children.
In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband, Noah, and their dog, Oakley. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends on the weekends.
Allison says, “The highlight of my career is when I am able to see my patients grow in their communication skills. It’s amazing to see the progress and excitement when patients are able to use their voice for the first time. As a child who received speech therapy for over five years, my ultimate goal to help patients reach the fullest potential to improve communication skills just like a speech therapist did in my life. I am blessed to be a part of such a wonderful community and work with amazing families while at Encore Rehabilitation-Cullman.”

In honor of Better Hearing and Speech Month, Encore Rehabilitation-Cullman invites you to meet Whitney Cole!
Whitney is a native of Cullman and we are very proud to have her with Encore! She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and her master’s degree from Alabama A&M University.
Whitney has almost 14 years of experience in the field of Speech-Language Pathology and has provided services in school settings, outpatient clinics, acute care, and skilled nursing facilities. She has received VitalStim certification and has received training to complete FEES (Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing) for the evaluation and treatment of swallowing disorders. She has been with Encore Rehabilitation for almost a year.
Whitney is married to David Cole. Their son, Bennett, attends Cullman Middle School. She has two dogs, Mollie and Annie. Whitney enjoys hiking, mountain biking, reading, and going to concerts.

Say hello to Encore Sports Medicine Athletic Trainer Ben Stachowiak!
Ben is a graduate of Aurora University with a master’s degree from St. Augustine. He has been with Encore Rehabilitation for four years. He currently provides sports medicine coverage to Fayetteville City High School. In his free time, he enjoys sports, especially hockey. Ben is married and has one child.

Annie is originally from Florence, Alabama where she attended the University of North Alabama and received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a concentration in Pre-Professional Studies. After graduating from UNA, she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Annie was a traveling Physical Therapist before joining Encore Rehabilitation in Hayden. She says, “I have a passion for neuro and post-op rehab; however, I have experience in many areas of rehab working with a variety of age groups. I have only been at Encore Rehabilitation-Hayden for short time, but I have truly enjoyed getting to know the Hayden community!”
