Ethan has been a practicing Occupational Therapist in Andalusia, Alabama, for over 4 years. He is experienced in outpatient, skilled nursing, and acute care working with strokes, hand injuries and repairs, geriatrics, and other upper extremity neurological diseases.

Mr. Taylor is a retired businessman with over 50 years of experience. After retiring, he had a complete knee replacement surgery and chose Encore as his Physical Therapy Provider. LaQuateus “Quate” Justice is the Patient of the Month at Encore Rehabilitation at Andalusia Health Physical Therapy.

LaQuateus attended Opp High School in the 90’s. After high school, he received a football scholarship to Troy University. While he was there, he suffered a career ending knee injury. He developed severe osteoarthritis and had to have a total knee replacement. Quate has worked very hard to return to his normal way of life. Thank you, Quate, for allowing us the opportunity and pleasure of working with you!

Happy National Physical Therapy Month to Carol Haag, PT!

Carol grew up in Alabama and attended Auburn University. She graduated from Physical Therapy School at the University of South Alabama. She has been a licensed Physical Therapist in Alabama and Florida for 44 years!

Carol has had opportunities to work in outpatient orthopedic clinics, acute care settings, inpatient rehab stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, skilled nursing care, and home health. She has helped coach wheelchair track and field teams and wheelchair basketball. She has provided service to the MS Society and the MDA in addition to being a part of Camp Assca during its first two years of operation.

Carol presently lives on Gantt Lake in Covington County. She enjoys fishing and water activities with her husband and grandchildren while being active in her local church.

Hope Hicks began as a clinical student at Andalusia Health. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Wallace Community College, she began working as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.

While working at the hospital, she gained experience in pediatrics, KT taping, and outpatient care. She has special interests in Sports Medicine and Women’s Health where she is continuing to gain further education and experience.

Monday Willis is an Encore Sports Medicine Athletic Trainer providing coverage at Andalusia High School. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Monday moved to Pensacola, FL where he attended University of West Florida majoring in Athletic Training. Later, he attended Austin Peay State University acquiring a Masters degree in Human Health and Performance with a minor in Sports Psychology. Monday enjoys long walks on the beach and ice cream, even though he is lactose intolerant.
