Hoover Clinic Athlete of the Month, Jamari Blackmon.

Congratulations to Jamari Blackmon who was chosen as the Hoover Clinic Athlete of the month! Jamari is a Sophomore athlete at Hoover High School. He is a member of the Bucs Varsity Basketball team and was recognized for “Outstanding Character” at The Finley Awards. His favorite team is the Golden State Warriors, favorite subject in school is history, and favorite bible verse is Philippians 4:13. Jamari enjoys training, playing basketball, and spending time with friends and family. After graduation, he plans to attend UCONN. Good Luck this season, Jamari, keep up the good work!

Columbia Clinic Athlete of the Month, Charlie James.

Congratulations to Charlie James who has been chosen as the Columbia Clinic Athlete of the Month! Charlie is a multi-sport, Junior, athlete at Columbia High School. He has played on the varsity basketball, football, and baseball teams for 4 years now. You can find him wearing the jersey numbers 10 and 26. He has a 3.5 GPA and plans to go to Mississippi State University after graduation to pursue a degree in Sports Medicine. Charlie is the son of Charlie and Belfry James. Diamondhead Athlete of the Month, Allen Sekinger.

Congratulations to Allen Sekinger who was chosen as the Diamondhead Clinic Athlete of the Month! Allen is a Sophomore at Hancock High School in Kiln, MS. He is a member of the Varsity Hawks football team and wears the jersey number 49. Allen has a 3.7 GPA and plans to attend MGCC to major in engineering. Allen is the son of Allen and Jessica Sekinger.

Tuscaloosa Athlete of the Month, Ashlyn Diggins.

Congratulations to Ashlyn Diggins who was chosen as the Tuscaloosa Encore Athlete of the Month! Ashlyn is a 5th grader from Southview Elementary in Tuscaloosa, AL. She cheers for the Bama Cheer X-treme team and rocks at it! Ashlyn is also an All A’s student. She is the daughter of Archleí Diggins. Keep up the good work Ashlyn!

Vernon Clinic Athlete of the Month, Bailey Evans.

Congratulations to Bailey Evans who was chosen as the Vernon Encore Athlete of the Month! Bailey is a Freshman athlete at South Lamar high school. He played JV football since middle school and is now playing Varsity football for the Stallions. You can find him on the field this year wearing there jersey number 53. Gordo Clinic Athlete of the Month, Jayquan Williams.

Congratulations to the Gordo Encore Athlete of the Month, Jayquan Williams! Jayquan is a senior, athlete at Gordo High School and is a member of the football team. You can find him on the field wearing jersey number 22 this season. After he graduates in the spring, he plans on joining the airforce. Jayquan is the son of Cheri and Jamie Williams. Diamondhead Clinic Athlete of the Month, Desarae Necaise.

Congratulations to the August Diamondhead Encore Athlete of the Month, Desarae Necaise! Desarae is a freshman athlete at Hancock High School in Kiln, MS. She plays volleyball and basketball for the Lady Hawks. You’ll find her on the court wearing jersey #5 during Volleyball season and jersey #3 during Basketball season. So far in her high school sports career, Desarae has received 2 Volleyball certificates, 2 trophies for basketball and travel ball, along with the “Most Active” award. Her future plans are to attend South Alabama to acquire a Radiology degree. Desarae is the daughter of Sherri Favre and Dennin Necaise.

Hamilton Clinic Athlete of the Month, Kennedy Emerson.

Congratulations to Kennedy Emerson who was chosen as the first Hamilton Clinic Athlete of the Month! Kennedy is a Junior at Hamilton High School and loves to dance. She has been a “Key Dancer” in the Aggies band for three years now and is excited about the upcoming football season. With a 4.0 GPA, Kennedy plans to attend a 4 year college and pursue a degree in the medical field. Kennedy is the daughter of Ronnie and Jane Emerson.

Diamondhead Encore Athlete of the Month, Kellin Cuevas.

Congratulations to Kellin Cuevas who was chosen as the Diamondhead Encore Athlete of the Month! Kellin is a sophomore at Hancock High School in Kiln, MS. He is a multi-sport athlete- playing football (#72) and basketball (#22) for the Hawks. He has recently proven his athleticism in receiving the “Most Athletic” award. After Kellin graduates, he plans to attend Michigan State to obtain a degree in Engineering. Kellin is the son of Anthony and Pamela Cuevas.

Congratulations to Jake Teter who was chosen as the Hoover Encore Clinic Athlete of the Month! Jake is a rising freshman athlete at Hoover high school with a bright future. He is a dual position athlete who plays 3rd base and pitches for the baseball team. Apart from his sports career, Jake loves hunting, fishing, and hanging out with friends. He has a GPA of 3.75 and is a member of the Junior Honor Society at HHS. Good luck, Jake! Keep up the good work!
