Congratulations to the Gordo Encore Athlete of the Month, Jayquan Williams! Jayquan is a senior, athlete at Gordo High School and is a member of the football team. Congratulations to Hayden’s Encore Athletes of the Month, Alison Pugh and Drennen Hutchens! Both athletes are from Corner High School located in Dora, Alabama. Encore is now the proud providers of sports medicine and ATC coverage for the Corner High School athletic program.
We will start with the ladies first – Alison is a junior and has played on the varsity volleyball team for 2 years now. She has won the athletics award and wears the jersey number 00. After high school, she plans on continuing her education in the sports medicine field. Alison is the daughter of Russ and Heather Harding.
Drennen is a senior and plays football, basketball, and runs track for the Yellow Jackets. He has played varsity sports since the 10th grade and wears jersey #2 for football and #00 in basketball. After graduation, Drennen plans to attend a state university for Physical Therapy. He is the son of Judy Woods.

Alana is a senior, multi-sport, athlete at Hamilton High School, who plays Volleyball and runs track/cross country. She has played varsity sports for 4 years now wears the jersey number 7. Congratulations to the Monroeville Clinic Athlete of the Month, Shawn White! Shawn is a senior and multi-sport athlete from Excel High School. He has played varsity football, basketball, and baseball for the Panthers for 4 years. Shawn has won the All County Football award and the Cy Young baseball award for best pitcher.

Congratulations to Nathan LaCroix who was chosen as the Diamondhead Clinic Athlete of the Month! Nathan is a Junior, multi-sport, athlete at Hancock High School in Kiln, MS. He is a member of the Cross Country team and Soccer team. He wears the jersey number 19 and is also team captain for the Cross Country team. Congratulations to the Decatur Clinic Athlete of the Month, Natalie Frith! Natalie is a senior, multi-sport, athlete at Decatur High School. She has played on the varsity soccer team (#11) for 5 years and has cheered for 2 years now. A few of Natalie’s awards consist of All Morgan County Tournament Team (2 years), Team MVP her junior year, and All-American/ All Star Cheerleader her senior year. Apart from sports, she has a 4.0 GPA and plans to attend the University of Alabama after graduation. Natalie is the daughter of Daniel and Kelly Frith. Keep up the good work, Natalie!
We would like to congratulate Tyler Wise for being chosen as the Inverness Clinic Athlete of the Month. Tyler is a senior athlete at Spain Park High School and has played varsity baseball for three years. Not only does he have multiple high school honors awards, the 2014 6A State Championship Catcher award, and the ABCA Under Class All Star award; but, he was also the 2014 Alabama representative at the 8th Annual Power Showcase Home Run Derby last year (click on the picture above to see the article).
Apart from his outstanding sports career, Tyler holds a 4.07 GPA and plans to attend Birmingham Southern to pursue a degree in business or pre-med. Good luck the rest of baseball season Tyler, keep up the good work!
