Chloe is a Senior who plays volleyball for the Our Lady Academy Crescents. She has been part of the All-Star Volleyball Team and has been a State Champion for three years in a row. Her future plans include pursuing a degree at the University of Mississippi.

Gym Director Stacy Eubanks gives us step-by-step instructions on how to a bicep curl using the machine.

Important steps include:
*Adjust the seat
*Adjust the weight
*Find the pivot point and align elbows
*Arms straight
*Handles straight
*Engage biceps and exercise – go slowly
*Be mindful of your breathing – Exhale going up; Inhale going down

WELCOME BACK to Kollin Cannon, our newest Physical Therapist at Encore Rehabilitation Long Beach!

Kollin Cannon, DPT, holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Mississippi and a Bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University. Kollin was born and raised in Bay St. Louis, where he attended St. Stanislaus before signing a football and baseball scholarship to Pearl River Community College.

He rejoins the Encore Rehabilitation-Long Beach family as he was a Physical Therapy Technician prior to his acceptance into PT school. Kollin enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife and family.

We are glad to have you, Kollin!

Micah’s sport is Volleyball where she excels! She has been named All-County 2 years; All-Area 3 years; Top Setter 3 years; and Top Server 4 years. She has also been selected Team Captain 2 years. Micah plans to continue volleyball at Wallace State Community College. In her personal time, she enjoys volleyball, bowling, and hanging out with friends.

After fracturing his patella doing back flips on the playground, his doctor recommended physical therapy. Jayvion said, “My favorite thing about therapy there is that there are a lot of fun things to do and we have the best teachers there.”
