Mercy Lou Green is Athlete of the Month for Encore Rehabilitation-Moulton

We are excited to celebrate Mercy Lou Green as our Athlete of the month for Moulton! Mercy is a Sophomore at East Lawerence High School where she plays softball and basketball for the Eagles.

Mercy has received the Most-improved Award for Basketball and the Good Sportsmanship Award for Softball.

After she graduates high school, Mercy plans to attend North West Shoals’ Community College and pursue a degree in business management. We are very proud of you, Mercy, and we know you will continue to succeed in sports, school, and beyond!

Mercy is the daughter of Jill Cottingham and Clint Green.

Audrey is a rising Junior at Lawrence County High School where she competes in Basketball and Softball for the Red Devils. She has earned the Defensive Award and 6th Man Award. She enjoys riding horses and four-wheeling. She plans to pursue a career as a Veterinarian.

Garrett Page has Hand Therapy Success with Encore Hand & Industrial Rehab-Hoover

Hand Therapy Highlight: Join us in celebrating our amazing patient, Garrett Page!

Garrett, a recent graduate of Hoover High School, faced a tough journey after a traumatic elbow injury during the Fall of 2023. Following surgery, he began Occupational Therapy with Encore Hand and Industrial Rehab-Hoover.

Through dedication and hard work, Garrett regained motion, reduced pain, and achieved full participation in functional activities. We are thrilled to announce that he has successfully graduated from Occupational Therapy!

We are so happy to celebrate our Athlete of the Month, Jonathan Livingston!

Jonathan is a recent graduate of Saint James School, where he has played football for the past four years. He is most proud of the title that he, along with his teammates, holds for the 2022 3A State Football Championship. He will be attending the University of Alabama to pursue a degree in Construction Engineering. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities and sports.

Jonathan is the son of Rex Livingston and Janet Livingston.

Meet Edwin Vela, our Encore Rehabilitation – Russellville, Athlete of the Month!

Edwin is a Senior at Tharptown High School where he competes in Basketball, Soccer, and Cross Country! Edwin was named the 2021-2022 Most Improved in Basketball, 2022-2023 Wildcat Award for Basketball, 2022-2023 Cross Country Runner of the Year as well as being named to the All Section Team for the last three years for Cross Country! Edwin not only excels in athletics but also in the classroom where he has maintained a 4.0 GPA!

We asked Edwin what hobbies he enjoyed and he replied, “I just love learning new things!”

,Edwin plans on going the Junior College route to become an electrician or a Physical Therapy Assistant after high school graduation! Meet Tre Davis, Athlete of the Month for Encore Rehabilitation-Fayette!

Tre is a Junior at Fayette County High School where he competes in Basketball for the Tigers. He received the Best Defensive Player award and not only excels on the court, but in the classroom as well, maintaining a 4.0 GPA! 

Tre enjoys playing basketball, hunting, playing video games, watching Auburn football and basketball games in his spare time. Tre plans on pursuing an Engineering Degree from Auburn University after high school graduation.
