Decatur Clinic Athlete of the Month, Hannah Flack!

Congratulations to Hannah Flack who was chosen as the October, Decatur Encore Athlete of the Month!  Hannah Flack is a senior, multi-athlete at West Morgan High School in Trinity, Alabama.  She has played on the Lady Rebels Volleyball team for three years, as well as the basketball team.  You can find her on the court wearing jersey number 25 and 10, respectively. Hannah is the daughter of Joe and Cynthia Flack.  Keep up the good work, Hannah! Good luck this season!

Vernon Clinic Athlete of the Month, Andrew Norton.

Congratulations to Andrew Norton who was chosen as the Vernon Encore Athlete of the Month! Andrew is a junior, multi-sport, athlete at Lamar County high school.  He has played on the Bulldogs Football, Basketball, and Baseball teams for 2 years now.  You can find him on the field, on the court, or on the diamond wearing jersey number 12.  A few of Andrew’s awards consist of the Highest Academic Average for Baseball, All-County Basketball B-Team 2014-2015, and All-WAC Basketball B-Team 2015.  Andrew is the son of Greg and Karla Norton.  Keep up the good work Andrew! Tuscaloosa Clinic Athlete of the Month, Jake Daugherty.

Jake Daugherty 1 Congratulations to Jake Daugherty who was chosen as the Tuscaloosa Clinic Athlete of the Month! Jake is a junior athlete at Hale County high school in Moundville, Alabama.  He has been a member of the Wildcats Football team for 2 years now and wears the jersey number 62.  Jake has also won the Defensive Lineman of the Year award at his school.  After graduation, he plans to attend a university to major in Chemical Engineering.  Jake is the son of Shane and Alison Daugherty.  Keep up the good work Jake, good luck this season!

Congratulations to the Gordo Clinic Athlete of the Month, Malik Betts! Malik is a sophomore, multi-sport athlete at Pickens County High School located in Reform, Alabama. He is a member of the Tornadoes Football and Basketball team. You can find him on the field, and on the court, wearing jersey number 13 and 6 respectively.  Malik has received the Basketball MVP, Best Receiver, and Most Improved awards in his sports career thus far.  Malik is the son of Katrina and Carlos Betts.  Keep up the good work, Malik! Good luck this season!

Congratulations to Jake Bonner who was chosen as the Haleyville Clinic Athlete of the Month! Jake is a senior athlete at Phillips High School in Bear Creek, AL. He is a member of the Bear’s basketball team and you can find him on the court wearing the jersey number 21.  His impressive award count consist of the Timesdaily 1A-3A basketball Player of the Year, 1st Team All-State his junior year, All-County and All-Conference for the last 4 years, and All-Regional the last 2 years.  Jake is the son of Jeff and Karen Bonner.  Good luck this coming basketball season, Jake! AL Pain Center Athlete of the Month, Joel Powell.

Congratulations to one of the funnest patients we have ever had, Joel Powell! Joel was chosen as the October Alabama Pain Center Athlete of the Month and is a multi-sport, athlete at Huntsville High School.  He is a member of the Panther’s football and basketball teams. You can find him on the field, or on the court, wearing the jersey number 14 and 30 respectively.  Joel has a 4.0 GPA and plans to attend with Auburn University or UAB to study orthopedic surgery.  He is the son of John and Linda Powell.

Alex is a sophomore athlete at Fayette County high school.  He has been a member of the Tiger’s Varsity Football team for 2 years now and you can find him on the field wearing there jersey number 50.  Alex has a 4.0 GPA and plans to attend college to become an Anesthesiologist or major in Sports Medicine. Sue is a senior athlete at William Carey College in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.  She is a 4 year varsity member of the Lady Crusaders soccer team. Sue has a 3.3 GPA and plans to continue her education by pursuing a masters in psychology.  She also aspires to play pro soccer after college.  Sue is the daughter of Tag and Elisabeth Kumaning.  Keep up the good work Sue!
