Say hello to Brooke Owens, Physical Therapist and Clinic Director at Encore Rehabilitation-Gordo!

Brooke is a graduate of The University of Birmingham with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She is also certified in Dry Needling, Ergoscience Functional Capacity Evaluations, and Impariement Ratings. Currently she is working on her McKenzie Method Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy Certification. She has been a Clinician and Director at Encore Rehabilitation-Gordo for six years.

Brooke is married to Al and they have three children and a rescue dog, Maple May. Brooke and her family are looking forward to a trip to Disney after COVID is under control but for now they enjoy spending time at home and planting lots of gardens.

Brooke is passionate about helping others get better through Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation and looks forward to providing excellent healthcare to the Gordo community for many years to come.

Karla and Dayla Gulledge are Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy Patients of the Month for #EncoreRehab Dothan

Encore Rehabilitation-Dothan is happy to announce our first Mother-Daughter Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Patients of the Month-Karla and Dayla Gulledge!

After breaking her finger, Karla Gulledge chose Encore Rehabilitation to be her Occupational Therapy provider. Mrs. Karla said, “I chose Encore because I had been a previous patient after a knee injury and received great care. I knew I would receive great care with my broken finger as well. Mary did a great job.” Mrs. Gulledge’s finger was better in time for her to get ready for the return of her students to school.

Dayla is a local elementary school Physical Education teacher. After a knee surgery during the summer, Dayla Gulledge chose Encore Rehabiliation for her Physical Therapy. Dayla shares, “I chose Encore because I had been a previous patient with other injuries as a former athlete. Also, several family members have had therapy at Encore in the past and had great results.”
