Spring Cosby, a Dothan native, and is glad to be a part of the Rehab Team at Encore as a Physical Therapist Assistant and works in outpatient therapy. She loves helping her patients get back to doing what they love in life!

In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband and two kids as well as her extended family. Spring also lives up to her name with a great love of growing plants and sharing them with others.

Alec is Athlete of the Month for Encore Rehabilitation-Dothan!

Congratulations to Alec Palanjian! He has been selected Athlete of the Month for Encore Rehabilitation-Dothan!

Alec is a student athlete at University of Central Arkansas where he plays soccer. Outside of school Alec enjoys mountain biking, reading, pickleball, and tennis. He is pursuing a degree in Exercise Science with a double minor in Sports Nutrition and Strength and Conditioning.

Alec is the son of Badrig and Kim Palanjian.

Taj is a Senior at Long Beach High School where he competes in football and track. He has been competing in football for 4 years and track for 1 year.

His future plans include going to college to play college football and major in sports medicine. In his free time he loves to play football and video games.

Meet Walt Hennicke, with Encore Rehabilitation-Winfield!

Meet Walt Hennicke, our newest Encore Rehabilitation – Winfield employee!

Walt will be working as a Physical Therapy Aide through the Work Based Learning Program at Winfield City High School. Walt is a Senior at Winfield City High School where he competes in football and baseball. He plans on pursuing a degree in Anesthesiology after high school.

We are so excited to be a partner with the Winfield City School System and to have Walt Hennicke with us this year!
