Congratulations to Braelee Quinn, Athlete of the Month for Encore Rehabilitation-Cullman!
Braelee is a Senior at West Point High School where she is a multi-sport athlete in Softball, Basketball, and Volleyball. She has been selected All-County Volleyball, 3 years; All-Area Volleyball, 2 years, All-County Basketball; and All-Tournament Basketball. In addition, she has more than 1,000 career kills in Volleyball! She has signed a letter of intent to play Volleyball at Wallace State. Her personal interests include spending time with friends and family, going to the lake, and being involved with her church.
Braelee is the daughter of Layla and Steven Quinn.

Justin is a graduate of Auburn University with his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Biomechanics. While at Auburn, he played baseball for the Tigers. He continued his studies at Alabama State University where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Justin specializes in orthopedic manual therapy and has a strong background in industrial rehabilitation. He has been a Clinic Director with Encore Rehabilitation for over 7 years, working in several clinics. As a Regional Director, he plans to continue focusing on developing strong relationships with his colleagues as well as serving the communities and partnering organizations of north Alabama. Justin’s region includes Encore Rehabilitation clinics in Decatur, Moulton, and Priceville.
Justin says, “I am deeply committed to providing the highest quality of care and services for individuals and communities in my area of north Alabama. I believe in 1-on-1 individualized treatment approaches with consistent and excellent outcomes. I look forward to serving others in my new role.”
Justin and his wife, Jessica, enjoy spending time with their two kids. He also enjoys hiking, sports, and playing the guitar.

Devontrez’s sport is Football for the Ashford High Yellow Jackets. Following high school, he plans to pursue a career in Occupational Therapy. His personal interests include weight-lifting.

Heather graduated from the University of South Alabama with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. She has been a Physical Therapist Clinician with Encore Rehabilitation for 15 years, working in various clinics surrounding the Mobile area.
As a native and resident of Semmes, she is particularly excited to be the Clinical Director of Encore’s new Semmes Clinic! She is very proud to offer high-quality healthcare to the Semmes community!
Heather specializes in Orthopedic Rehabilitation. She is certified in Dry Needling and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilizations. She loves assisting her patients get back to better health and doing the things they love!
