Congratulations to Langston Strawbridge, Athlete of the Month for Encore Rehabilitation-Fayette!

Langston is a multi-sport athlete competing in Football, Baseball, and Basketball for the Fayette County High Tigers. He has received the Hustle Award and awarded Honorable Mention – All-Region Quarterback. Langston’s future plans include pursuing a degree at Birmingham Southern College and playing football.

Langston is the son of Ron and Audrey Strawbridge.

Happy National Athletic Training Month to Stephanie Reybitz, ATC! We appreciate all you do for Encore Sports Medicine & Pike Road Schools.

Stephanie is a native of Pennsylvania and attended Temple University in Philadelphia, PA on a Division I Softball Scholarship, where she earned two Bachelor of Science degrees – Exercise Physiology and Athletic Training.

This August marks her 25thyear as a certified athletic trainer. Supporting her husband’s military career, she hasbeen licenced in PA, NY, MA, VA and AL. She has worked as an Athletic Trainer in Semi-Pro, Collegiate Secondary school and clinical settings throughout her career.

She is currently living in Pike Road AL, with her husband of 20 years, Colonel Kyle Reybitz and their two children. She is in her fourth year with Encore Rehabilitation where she is the athletic trainer for Pike Road Schools and is currently finishing up an MBA in Healthcare Administration. She enjoys traveling and has recently taken up golf.

“In December, I was coming home from work and the roads were wet. I remember my truck stared to slide off the road and I don’t remember much after that, but I was slung out of the truck and broke by C5/C6. I was paralyzed from the chest down. Throughout my journey, I began to get feeling in my upper body. I am now only paralyzed from the waist down. Encore Rehabilitation -Arab has worked very hard on helping me to be able to walk again with the help of HKAFOS (orthotic supports).” ~ Jaden Haynes, happy patient

Abby Peters is Athlete of the Month for #EncoreRehab Russellville.

Abby Peters has been chosen Athlete of the Month for Encore Rehabilitation-Russellville!

Abby has competed for 6 years in Cheer and is on the Varsity Team at Russellville High School. She has received a number of awards and honors including All-American 4 years; All-Around Best Cheerleader; Pin It Forward 2 years; Legacy Award; and Most Tiger Spirit! Her future plans include attending Northwest Shoals Community College for an associate degree in Nursing and then continuing at the University of Alabama. Her personal interests are reading and singing with the Russellville High Acapella Ensemble and at her church.

Abby is the daughter of Kevin and Mary Elizabeth Peters.

Terry Shell is Patient of the Month for Encore Rehabilitation-Ozark
