Encore Rehabilitation, Inc. is excited to announce Justin Hargett, PT, DPT, Cert. DN as our newest Regional Director of Operations!
Justin is a graduate of Auburn University with his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Biomechanics. While at Auburn, he played baseball for the Tigers. He continued his studies at Alabama State University where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Justin specializes in orthopedic manual therapy and has a strong background in industrial rehabilitation. He has been a Clinic Director with Encore Rehabilitation for over 7 years, working in several clinics. As a Regional Director, he plans to continue focusing on developing strong relationships with his colleagues as well as serving the communities and partnering organizations of north Alabama. Justin’s region includes Encore Rehabilitation clinics in Decatur, Moulton, and Priceville.
Justin says, “I am deeply committed to providing the highest quality of care and services for individuals and communities in my area of north Alabama. I believe in 1-on-1 individualized treatment approaches with consistent and excellent outcomes. I look forward to serving others in my new role.”
Justin and his wife, Jessica, enjoy spending time with their two kids. He also enjoys hiking, sports, and playing the guitar.

He has been a Clinician for seven years and has practiced with Encore Rehabilitation for six years. He attended the University of South Alabama where he received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He is also a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist.
When not treating patients, David enjoys spending time with his wife, Ally. He is actively involved with the Men of St. Joseph community group. David likes being outdoors and competes in Obstacle Course Racing.

Anna is a Senior at Priceville High School where she plays Basketball (#14) for the Bulldogs and has served as JV Team Captain. After graduation, she plans to attend Wallace State Community College and become an Ultrasound Technician.

Millicent “Missy” Holliman, PT, DPT, Cert. DN, is the Clinical Director for Encore Rehabilitation-Garden Park, Gulfport, Mississippi. She is also the Supervisor of Encore Rehabilitation- Armed Forces Retirement Home-Gulfport. As a Clinician and Physical Therapist with Encore for nine years, Missy has provided quality physical therapy and care in a variety of areas including orthopedics, vestibular rehabilitation, and wheelchair evaluations. She is also Certified in Dry Needling.
Missy holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology with an emphasis in Kinesiology from Mississippi State University and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University, Pennsylvania.
Missy is a native of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and enjoys helping patients regain an active lifestyle.

Physical Therapist Jack Dockery has been a Clinician with Encore Rehabilitation for seven years. He began his career with Encore at the Pascagoula Clinic and is currently the Clinical Director for Encore Rehabilitation-Tillman’s Corner in Theodore, Alabama.
Dr. Jack Dockery grew up in Mobile, AL where he attended the University of South Alabama for his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2011. He earned an advanced undergraduate degree for Bachelor of Pre-Professional Health Sciences also from the University of South Alabama in 2009.
Jack has an advanced background of working with orthopedic patients, athletes, and worker’s compensation patients. He has completed continuing education with emphasis on manual therapy treatments and has received his Certification in Dry Needling.
When Jack is not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his friends, family, and pets.

Meet Jessie Bowles, Physical Therapist Assistant at Encore Rehabilitation – Tillman’s Corner in Theodore, Alabama!
“Being a Physical Therapist Assistant is very rewarding. The best part of my career is seeing a patient succeed. Whether that success is seeing a patient perform a small task such as performing an independent straight leg raise or a large task such as returning to their career or sport, every milestone is important,” Jessie says.
Jessie has been a Clinician for two years and has been with Encore Rehabilitation for one year. She received her Associate of Applied Science degree-Physical Therapist Assistant from Itawamba Community College in Tupelo, Mississippi.
Jessie shares, “Not only do I feel like therapists impact patients’ lives, I feel that patients make a difference in our lives as well. I will never regret my choice to become a PTA.”
