Say hello to Shenundra Lindsey, Patient of the Month for Encore Rehabilitation-Enterprise! She came to Encore after fracturing her right knee in three places and having ORIF surgery.
During her rehab, Ms. Lindsey worked on a variety of exercises to straighten, strengthen, and improve balance, using different equipment to help her get back to full function.

Congratulations Teri Wilson Long, Patient of the Month for Encore Rehabilitation-Haleyville!
Ms. Long began her recovery journey after a total knee replacement in December 2024. In July 2025, she required a revision surgery on the same knee, which made her rehabilitation process even more challenging. Through dedication, perseverance, and the support of her Physical Therapy Team, Ms. Long has made tremendous progress.

Originally from Alabama, Hannah was a three-sport athlete and a collegiate basketball player, earning Academic All-American honors. With a lifelong passion for movement and exercise, she pursued a career in PhysicalTtherapy to help others achieve their highest potential.
As a Physical Therapist, Hannah’s professional focus is in orthopedic rehabilitation, with a special interest in sports performance–based rehab. She works with a wide variety of patients including older adults, individuals managing chronic pain, and high-performing athletes. She utilizes advanced techniques such as Dry Needling, Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training, cupping, and resistance-based exercise to reduce pain, restore function, and optimize performance.
An avid outdoor enthusiast, Hannah enjoys both water and winter activities—boating, fishing, kayaking, wakeboarding, and snowboarding—as well as listening to music, continually learning new skills, and spending time with loved ones.
Now based in Mobile, AL, she is passionate about encouraging and guiding every patient to move, recover, and perform at their best!
