Congratulations to Josh Stanley for being named Athlete of the Month for Hanceville High School and Encore Rehabilitation-Cullman!

Josh is a recent graduate of Hanceville where he competed in Basketball and Baseball for the Bulldogs and where he was named All-Area in Basketball. His current plans are to continued his education by pursuing a degree in Physical Therapy. (Great field of work!) In his free time, he likes to stay active and play sports.

Josh is the son of Josh and Debra Stanley.

Emee Baldwin-Athlete of the Month for Addison High School and Encore Rehabilitation-Cullman

A big congratulations to graduate Emee Baldwin for being selected Athlete of the Month for Addison High School and Encore Rehabilitation-Cullman!

Emee is proven her athleticism for the Bulldogs by competing in Volleyball, Cheer, and Track & Field. She is a 3-time Pole Vault State Champion and is the current Girls 2A Pole Vault Record Holder at 9’6″. She has been named County MVP, All-American Cheerleader, Bryant-Jordan School Winner, and Wendy’s High School Heisman Winner for Alabama. In addition, she was selected as the Winston County Distinguished Young Woman.

Her future plans include attending The University of Alabama in Huntsville on a track scholarship and pursuing a career as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.  In her free time she enjoys reading, kayaking, swimming, and being involved with her church.

Emee is the daughter of Kevin and Dallas Baldwin.

Lachan is a Sophomore at William Carey University (Hattiesburg, MS) where she competes in Basketball and Track for the Crusaders. She has placed third and first in Shot Put as well as winning the GPA award in Basketball. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her family, playing board games, and traveling.

Lachan is the daughter of Dr. Rosalind and Clemon Terrell.

Meet Hayden Ray, Athlete of the Month for Addison High School and Encore Rehabilitation-Cullman!

Hayden is  a Senior at Addison where he plays Football as a Starting Center and Defensive End. In football, he has been selected as AHSAA All-State Second Team; Cullman Times All-Area; Daily Mountain Eagle All-Area; and Northwest Alabama First Team. He also competes in Track for the Bulldogs.

His post-graduation plans include playing football at the college level while pursuing a degree in Sports Management or Accounting. In his spare time he enjoys helping others and playing football, basketball, and the X-box.

Hayden is the son of Bill and Phyllis Ray.

Will Flynt – Athlete of the Month for Good Hope High School and Encore Rehabilitation-Cullman

Sophomore Will Flynt has been selected as Athlete of the Month for Good Hope High School and Encore Rehabilitation-Cullman!

Will competes in Basketball (#5), Football (#28) and Weightlifting. He was the 2017 State Weightlifting Champion for the 123 lb. division and took first place in the 2018 Good Hope Weightlifting 132 lb. division. His future plans include pursing an education degree at the University of Alabama and becoming a football coach.  In his free time, he enjoys sports, music, and playing the guitar.

Will is the son of Jared Flynt and Mandy Flynt.

Henry is a Junior at Houston Academy where he competes in Football (#19) and Soccer (#8). He has been selected Alabama All-State 3A Punter. He would like to continue kicking  footballs in college where he plans to major in Political Science with a Pre-Med Track. In his free time, he likes to watch hockey and play sports.

Henry is the son of Dr. William and Stephanie Beckett.

Tommy Murr, Nation’s Lead High School Basketball Scorer and Athlete of the Month for Encore Rehabilitation-Athens

 

Currently, Tommy leads the Nation in High School as the Top Basketball Scorer, averaging 39.8 points per game, according to MaxPreps!  Fantastic job, Tommy!

Congratulations to Tommy Murr for being selected Athlete of the Month for Encore Rehabilitation-Athens!

Tommy is a Sophomore at Lindsay Lane Christian Academy where he plays Basketball and Baseball for the Lions. As a Freshman, his team won First All-Area and Second All-State. Tommy has also earned MVP at the Super 100 Showcase in Atlanta with the North Alabama Flames. Currently Tommy leads the Nation in High School as the Top Basketball Scorer, averaging 39.8 points per game, according to MaxPreps. Wow!

Tommy would like to attend college on a basketball scholarship after high school.

He is the son of Steve and Angela Murr.
