Here is David’s story in his own words: “Due to a fall, I tore my rotator cuff in my shoulder plus two tears in the tendons. I had a 2-hour surgery and 24 sessions of physical therapy. I had to remain in a sling for 8-10 weeks. After therapy, I am able to raise my right arm above my head and reach behind my back. I was impressed with the professional treatment I received and how they were concerned for my rehabilitation.
