Phillip has been a Clinician for eight years and has been with Encore Rehabilitation for three years. He has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama-Birmingham. He is also Certified in Dry Needling. Phillip provides quality physical therapy services to help patients reach their optimal level of movement.

Phillip is married and has three children. His hobbies include hiking and fishing.

Deanna Foster, PT and Michelle White, PT!

Deanna Foster has been Clinician for 29 years and has been with Encore Rehabilitation for 22 years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri. She is also Certified in Dry Needling. She enjoys spending time with her five poodles, kayaking, cycling, and shooting. She is actively involved with her church.

Michelle White has been a Clinician for 29 years and has been with Encore Rehabilitation for 13 years. She is a graduate of the University of South Alabama where she received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. Michelle has 12 years of primary emphasis on shoulder and knee rehab and 17 years of primary emphasis on spine rehab. Michelle and her husband, Steve, love spending time with their four rescue dogs. Michelle also likes to spend time snow skiing and shooting.

Millicent “Missy” Holliman, PT, DPT, Cert. DN, is the Clinical Director for Encore Rehabilitation-Garden Park, Gulfport, Mississippi. She is also the Supervisor of Encore Rehabilitation- Armed Forces Retirement Home-Gulfport. As a Clinician and Physical Therapist with Encore for nine years, Missy has provided quality physical therapy and care in a variety of areas including orthopedics, vestibular rehabilitation, and wheelchair evaluations. She is also Certified in Dry Needling.

Missy holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology with an emphasis in Kinesiology from Mississippi State University and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University, Pennsylvania.

Beth has been a Clinician for over five years and has seen patients with Encore Rehabilitation for four years. Beth’s expertise is in providing quality one-on-one care for each of her patients.

Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology/Clinical Exercise Physiology from Mississippi State University and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Most recently she has obtained her Certification in Dry Needling.

Beth and her husband, Jason, live in the Wiggins area. In her free time, she is involved with her church. She also loves to cook and has a side bakery business with her mom and sister-in-law.

Molly Nelson graduated from University of South Alabama in 2004 with a Masters in Physical Therapy degree. She accepted her first position in Fort Collins, Colorado working for three years in orthopedic rehabilitation for a US News 50 Best Hospitals in Orthopedics. She returned to her hometown of Mobile, Alabama taking a sports medicine position with Encore Rehabilitation in 2007.

Her time with Encore Rehabilitation has allowed her to work in a variety of settings in the Mobile area including collegiate and high school athletic facilities. With the help of the Sports Medicine team, she was instrumental in establishing onsite Physical Therapy at Murphy High School and Davidson High School.

Currently, Molly is the Clinical Director at Encore Rehabilitation-Mobile Midtown and serves as the Physical Therapist with the Sports Medicine Team at UMS-Wright Preparatory School.

Molly believes patient care and respect should be held at highest degree while searching for root cause of orthopedic problems to allow people to move better and meet individual goals. Annual continuing education goals are accomplished by her with the most recent Certifications in ASYTM, SPORTSMETRICS, and Dry Needling. Her clinical interests include injury prevention programs, post surgical pain, ACL rehab with progression back to sport, and general orthopedic dysfunctions.

Molly and her husband, Jeff, have two beautiful daughters that love to spend time playing golf, watching sports, and going to the beach together.

Physical Therapist Jack Dockery has been a Clinician with Encore Rehabilitation for seven years. He began his career with Encore at the Pascagoula Clinic and is currently the Clinical Director for Encore Rehabilitation-Tillman’s Corner in Theodore, Alabama.

Dr. Jack Dockery grew up in Mobile, AL where he attended the University of South Alabama for his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2011. He earned an advanced undergraduate degree for Bachelor of Pre-Professional Health Sciences also from the University of South Alabama in 2009.

Jack has an advanced background of working with orthopedic patients, athletes, and worker’s compensation patients. He has completed continuing education with emphasis on manual therapy treatments and has received his Certification in Dry Needling.

When Jack is not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his friends, family, and pets.

Meet Encore Rehabilitation-Biloxi Clinic Director Jane Waldrop, PT, Cert. DN

Physical Therapist Jane Waldrop has been a Clinician for 41 years and with Encore Rehabilitation for 10 years. She is the Clinic Director for Encore Rehabilitation-Biloxi. She has provided patient care in multiple clinics and hospitals along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She specializes in Manual Orthopedics and Sports Therapies. She also performs Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) and is Certified in Dry Needling.

Jane obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Mississippi, School of Allied Health Professionals in Jackson, MS.

She is a native of Columbia, MS. Jane enjoys playing golf, salt water fishing (in-shore and off-shore), and traveling by air, boat, or RV to interesting and exciting places around the world!

Encore Rehabilitation-Providence is delighted to recognize Heather McNaughton, DPT, for her caring and professional patient care.

Heather earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of South Alabama in 2007 and a Bachelor of Science in Pre-professional Health Science in 2005. She began working for Encore Rehabilitation shortly after graduation and has expanded her education by becoming Certified in Dry Needling and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. The majority of her practice has been with an orthopedic population. She is highly motivated to rehabilitate and educate her patients to help them return to what they love to do following an injury or surgery.

Heather was born and raised in Mobile, AL. She is happily married and the proud mother of three children. She enjoys boating, running, traveling, and is an avid “boot camper.”
