Kristen is a Sophomore at Mary G. Montgomery High School where she competes in Basketball for the Vikings. Her hobbies include basketball, dance, music, singing, and riding horses. She intended to pursue a career in Marine Biology after high school.
Kristen is the daughter of Shannon Ladner and Cory Necaise.
A motor vehicle accident left Nicolette Harvey with a broken femur. Ouch! Her hospital recommended Encore Rehabilitation-Providence for her rehabilitation. She says, “Proximity to my home was the reason I was referred by the hospital. I chose to continue treatment at Encore because of the professionalism and compassion of the staff.”

Meet Encore Rehabilitation Physical Therapist Assistant Cindy Stephens!
Cindy is a high energy team member who is enthusiastic about rehabilitation and recovery. Her passion lies in treating patients through all stages of life with individual and personal care. She enjoys the challenges of student athletes as well as helping clients overcome everyday orthopedic ailments both before and after surgery. Cindy provides care at Encore Rehabilitation-Providence in Mobile, Alabama.
Cindy holds an Associate in Applied Science and graduated with honors from Bishop State with a Physical Therapist Assistant degree. She has advanced her education with completing Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization Certification. In addition to this she has completed courses in the following areas:
ACL Rehabilitation and Prevention
Concussions in Sports Medicine
UCL Rehab Protocol for Throwing Shoulder Rehab
She and her family reside in the Mobile area. Her hobbies include collecting vintage glass and antiques as well as spending time outdoors along the Gulf Coast. She also enjoys attempting outlandish Pinterest projects and participation in Bootcamp classes.

Encore Rehabilitation-Providence is delighted to recognize Heather McNaughton, DPT, for her caring and professional patient care.
Heather earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of South Alabama in 2007 and a Bachelor of Science in Pre-professional Health Science in 2005. She began working for Encore Rehabilitation shortly after graduation and has expanded her education by becoming Certified in Dry Needling and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. The majority of her practice has been with an orthopedic population. She is highly motivated to rehabilitate and educate her patients to help them return to what they love to do following an injury or surgery.
Heather was born and raised in Mobile, AL. She is happily married and the proud mother of three children. She enjoys boating, running, traveling, and is an avid “boot camper.”
Congratulations to the Providence Clinic Athlete of the Month, Jordan Aubrey! Jordan is a multi-sport, junior athlete at Mobile Christian School. He is a member of the football (#16, QB FS) and track and field teams. A few of his awards consist of A&P Honors Award, 2014 Math Club 2014, Bible Award 2014, National Honors Society 2014, School Historian SGA 2014-2015, and A- Honor Roll 2014. After he graduates, Jordan would like to attend college and major in Physical Therapy or Athletic Training. Jordan is the son of Tom and Jennifer Aubrey.
Congratulations to the Providence Clinic Encore Athlete of the Month, Alec Hazard! Alec is a senior at Baker High School and has been a member of the football team since his freshman year. He has played multiple positions including Defensive End, Outside and Middle Line Backer. A few of his football awards consist of player of the game, 3 defensive player of the week, and player of the week for Mobile County for defense. Alec is the son of John and Kim Hazard.
