M’Layne is a multi-sport athlete who exceled in Cross Country, Cheerleading, Swimming, and Tennis for De La Salle High School. She is a 2020 graduate of De La Salle. Her future plans include going into the Military. Her hobbies include running, art, theatre, archery, music, and sports in general.

M’Layne is the daughter of John and Wendi Maddox.

Athlete of the Month Julia Miller with Encore Rehabilitation-Dothan

Congratulations to Julia Miller, Athlete of the Month for Encore Rehabilitation-Dothan!


Julia is a Senior Basketball Player for the Rehobeth Rebels. She has received awards for Most Improved Player, Best 3 Point Percentage, and Best Free-Throw Percentage for her team. Her future plans include attending Troy University to study Exercise Science in Pre-Health. In her spare time, she enjoys playing basketball, playing piano, hanging out with her friends, and going to the beach.


Julia started in Physical Therapy with Encore Rehabilitation-Dothan after she tore her ACL and meniscus while playing basketball. Having rehabilitation after her surgery has helped her to regain strength and mobility in her knee. She said, “I chose Encore because all of the Therapists have been persistent about getting me back to normal since I started doing Physical Therapy.”

Julia is the daughter of Greg and Kim Miller.

Braya is a freshman softball player for the Opp Bobcats and a member of the Bobcats’ 400 Club. She has been named Montgomery Player of the Week for Offense and was also selected the MaxPreps Top Homerun Hitter for 2020. Her future plans include going to college to major in English while playing Division 1 Softball. In her spare time she enjoys drawing, reading, going to the beach, and hanging out with friends.

Braya is the daughter of Mark and Nicole Hodges.

Hazel is one of our wonderful Pediatric Speech Language Pathologists at Ocean Springs Pediatric Rehab.
