“We cannot say enough great things about Encore’s Pediatric Physical Therapy Department. Mrs. Darlene Morris, our Physical Therapist, has been a Godsend for our family.
“We first came into contact with Mrs. Darlene with our first child who was born premature and was not meeting physical developmental milestones. He graduated from physical therapy after about a year in therapy, and while we were glad, we were very sad to say goodbye. Fast forward two years and one of our twins needed physical therapy. When our pediatrician asked us if there was anywhere specific we wanted to go, we immediately told her to send us to Encore Rehabilitation-Cullman so we could connect back up with Mrs. Darlene.
“Mrs. Darlene got our daughter on caseload and developed a plan for her and our daughter has made so much progress! She just graduated from physical therapy recently. Again, so we are glad but so sad to say goodbye a second time.
“Mrs. Darlene answered ALL of our questions multiple times and kept us updated on what we needed to do at home or certain things we needed to watch. Our son loved to go back with his sister to say hey to his long-lost friend, Mrs. Darlene. She made such a positive impact on his little life and our daughters. Our children have met all milestones and are thriving developmentally. We have Encore to thank for that.
