A Hartselle native with strong ties to the surrounding communities, Hannah holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Samford University and an undergraduate degree from The University of Alabama.

With a solid professional background, including a two-year tenure as a staff Physical Therapist at Encore Rehabilitation-Decatur, Hannah is deeply committed to delivering excellent healthcare. She is a highly skilled Physical Therapist, proficient in advanced manual therapy techniques such as Dry Needling and joint and soft tissue mobilization.

Dedicated to individualized care, Hannah tailors rehabilitation programs to meet specific individual needs, consistently achieving outstanding outcomes. Her focus on helping patients reach their goals reflects her passion for providing the highest quality healthcare.

Addison competes in Softball and Track for the Lawrence County High Red Devils. She has been selected All-Area in Softball. Her future plans include playing collegiate softball while pursuing a degree in kinesiology. She enjoys working out, playing softball, and shopping.

In the face of adversity, meet Danny Jones—a true warrior! A terrible car accident left Mr. Jones with severe injuries to his legs, so severe that one leg had to be amputated.

Instead of letting his injuries define him, Mr. Jones was committed to walking again. Not only did he learn to walk again, he touched our hearts and became our friend.

A car accident left Ms. Hailey Raygoza with broken hips, pelvis, and back. She was unable to walk properly. Mr. Shotts suffered an ACL tear and had surgery to repair his ACL. When he was ready for rehab, he asked his medical team for recommendations on a rehab clinic.
