We would like to extend a warm welcome to Hans Rice II, DPT, at Encore Rehabilitation-Eufaula!

Hans is native to Eufaula where he played football and basketball at Eufaula High School. His athletic abilities landed him a football scholarship to North Carolina State University, Raleigh, North Carolina. He completed his undergraduate degree and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Samford University, Birmingham, Alabama. As a therapist, Hans’ focus is on Sports Rehab, Manual Therapy, and Injury Prevention Education. In his free time, he enjoys sharing his skills and talents by working with local community organizations.

Austin Harvell, Athlete of the Month

Congratulations to Austin Harvell, Athlete of the Month for Encore Rehabilitation-Athens!

Austin is a Sophomore at Clements High School where he competes in Basketball (#23) for the Colts.  He has been named All-County and Offensive MVP. His basketball career has resulted in five college offers to date: Kansas State, University of Alabama, University of North Alabama, Auburn University, and Samford University.

Austin is the son of Alexis Harvell.

Way to go, Austin! We wish you continued success in your academic and athletic pursuits!

Improving Quality of Life – Bethany Sutton, DPT, Cert. DN

Physical Therapist Bethany Sutton really enjoys her work! She says, “I love being able to improve an individual’s quality of life through my profession. Helping a person get back to doing the things they love is so rewarding. I also enjoy practicing in my hometown and giving back to my community through my practice. I like that I see individuals with a variety of conditions-from orthopedic to neurological and many others.” 

Bethany received her undergraduate degree from Samford University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Alabama State University. She is also Certified in Dry Needling. Bethany has been practicing for one year at the Encore Rehabilitation Clinics in Hamilton and Winfield.
