~Meet Ellen Niland Ellen Niland is the Work Comp Liaison and Marketing Director for Encore Rehabilitation’s South Alabama Region, including Mobile County, Baldwin County, and the West Florida Panhandle.
With over 25 years in Industrial Rehab and Occupational Medicine, Ellen bridges communication between employees, healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and employers throughout the worker’s compensation process.
Her strong background in case coordination and claims management ensures injured workers receive timely support while helping organizations maintain compliance and reduce claim costs.
Ellen’s experience navigating complex situations and streamlining workflows, combined with her solutions-focused mindset, has built trust and collaboration with employees and employers alike.
