C.J. Mosley “Skills” Camp at Theodore High School

NFL Linebacker CJ Mosley posing for photo at Theodore High School (Alabama) with Encore Rehabilitation Therapists Jessie Bowles, LPTA, and Clinician Director Jack Dockery, PTIt was a fun time today at the CJ Mosley “Skills” Camp at Theodore High School, Alabama! 

Mosley, an outstanding NFL Linebacker (#57) for the Baltimore Ravens, is also a graduate of Theodore High, a two-time National Champion with the University of Alabama, and has been voted three-times to the Pro-Bowl. Mosley gives back to the athletes of his hometown each year. This is the fourth year for the camp.

Encore Rehabilitation-Tillman’s Corner and Encore Sports Medicine were proud to be a part of the “Skills” Camp!

Emee Baldwin-Athlete of the Month for Addison High School and Encore Rehabilitation-Cullman

A big congratulations to graduate Emee Baldwin for being selected Athlete of the Month for Addison High School and Encore Rehabilitation-Cullman!

Emee is proven her athleticism for the Bulldogs by competing in Volleyball, Cheer, and Track & Field. She is a 3-time Pole Vault State Champion and is the current Girls 2A Pole Vault Record Holder at 9’6″. She has been named County MVP, All-American Cheerleader, Bryant-Jordan School Winner, and Wendy’s High School Heisman Winner for Alabama. In addition, she was selected as the Winston County Distinguished Young Woman.

Her future plans include attending The University of Alabama in Huntsville on a track scholarship and pursuing a career as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.  In her free time she enjoys reading, kayaking, swimming, and being involved with her church.

Emee is the daughter of Kevin and Dallas Baldwin.

Alonie Sutton-Gatorade Track & Field Player of the Year for Alabama

A huge shout out to Alonie Sutton of Smiths Station High School for being selected Gatorade Player of the Year in Alabama in Track and Field!**

Alonie jumped 19 feet, 9.5 inches in the State Long Jump event. She also competed in the State Triple Jump, coming in at an impressive 42.5! She has maintained a 3.55 GPA and has signed a national letter of intent with the University of Tennessee. In her free time, Alonie enjoys playing the piano and singing.

Join us in congratulating Lachan Terrell as Athlete of the Month for Encore Rehabilitation-William Carey!

Lachan is a Sophomore at William Carey University (Hattiesburg, MS) where she competes in Basketball and Track for the Crusaders. She has placed third and first in Shot Put as well as winning the GPA award in Basketball. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her family, playing board games, and traveling.

Lachan is the daughter of Dr. Rosalind and Clemon Terrell.

Gordon, a retired Bailiff of Circuit Court, came to Encore to regain strength and mobility. He brought laughter and joy to each visit as he shared his optimistic attitude. His advice to everyone, “Work toward the next day because it’s always better!“

We are happy he is now stronger and more active although we miss his visits.
