Encore Sports Medicine is the Official Sports Medicine Provider for the Alabama High School Athletic Association as well as numerous high schools and colleges throughout Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
After falling and breaking both ankles and both legs, Rebecca Clark came to Encore Rehabilitation-Gulfport Downtown for Physical Therapy.
“I was given exercises to strengthen my legs and ankles. Matt is awesome and did amazing work on me! I can now walk with no cane. I’ve improved dramatically and I’m a lot stronger. This team, Doug, Matt, and John, were amazing. The front desk, Sharon and Hannah, were awesome. If I feel I need further therapy, I will return to this team. I would recommend Encore Rehabilitation to my family and friends.“~Rebecca Clark, patient
Thank you, Ms. Clark, for choosing Encore Rehabilitation-Gulfport Downtown to be your rehab provider! We are proud of you and your hard work!
“When I came to Encore Rehabilitation-Leakesville after a total hip replacement, I was having a lot of difficulty walking right and I was experiencing overall weakness due to inactivity. As they worked with me, I began to feel the strength in my legs return. My walking was corrected, and I saw a great difference in my endurance, as well as my overall well-being. I have experienced nothing but positive things at this clinic. Had it not been for their help, knowledge, and caring for me, I would not have been able to do the things that I am now able to do. Their staff is second to none. My time there was well worth it, and they are the best.” ~ Franklin Hodges, patient
Thank you, Mr. Hodges, for choosing Encore Rehabilitation-Leakesville to be your rehab provider! We are so proud of the progress you have made and wish you the best!
Remember our former Patient of the Month Patricia Roach? She chose to work hard during her Physical Therapy sessions at Encore Rehabilitation-Enterprise so she could return to taking care of her horses again. And she was successful!
She returned to the clinic to say hello to everyone and share this photo of her riding!
We are very proud of you, Ms. Roach! Thanks for letting us know how you are doing!

“I came to Encore Rehabilitation-Columbiana for physical therapy. I wanted to walk, drive, and hike successfully in the coming days and years. I’ve regained some flexibility in my knee and leg so I can get in and out of the car more easily. I had a great experience and received lots of helpful attention. The clinic was convenient to my home and was recommended by friends. Now I recommend Encore because of my good experience and the excellent practical advice I received on how to continue exercise at home to be successful. “ ~ Chuck Jensen
Thank you, Chuck, for choosing Encore Rehabilitation-Columbiana! We LOVE to see you move and doing the things that are important to you. We are proud of you!
