A big shout out to Torious Shepard for being selected Athlete of the Month for Encore Rehabilitation-Citronelle!
Torious is a Senior at Citronelle High. He is a multi-sport athlete competing in Basketball and Football for the Wildcats. After graduation, Torious plans to attend Alabama A & M University and obtain a bachelor’s degree. In his free time, he likes to play sports and hunt.
Torious is the son of Latara Jones and Quindon Thomas.

Hale County Middle School Athlete Kristian Constant is selected Athlete of the Month
Meet Lindsey Walker-Athlete of the Month for Encore Rehabilitation-Muscle Shoals!
Lindsey is a Junior at Muscle Shoals High School where she competes in Volleyball (#44) for the Trojans. She has been name 2017 Offensive Player of the Year, All-Area 2nd Team, and Colbert County All-Tournament Team.
Her future plans include playing Volleyball in college and earning her Physical Therapy degree. (Hooray for more Physical Therapists!)
Lindsey is the daughter of Joey and Cindy Walker.

Jacob Smith has been selected as Athlete of the Month for Encore Rehabilitation-William Carey University!
Jacob plays Baseball (#11) for the William Carey Crusaders. He says, “I plan on graduating with a major in education and become a coach, then getting my master’s degree in administration. I love Jesus, my family, baseball, and the outdoors.”
Jacob is the son of Kelton and Jill Smith.

WALK MS-Cullman 2018 will take place Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Heritage Park (1705 Lee Ave SW, Cullman, AL 36055). Registration at 10 am. Walk starts at 11 am.
Why we walk~~
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an unpredictable, often disabling disease of the central nervous system that disrupts the flow of information within the brain, and between the brain and body. MS is different for everyone, and that makes it all the more challenging to solve. The first Walk MS event was in 1988, and since then more than $1 billion has been raised for research and programs to improve the lives of people living with MS. Today, there are treatments where there weren’t any before, and the dream of ending MS is becoming a reality. But there is still so much to do.
That’s why we’re walking. We’ve set an ambitious goal because we know with support from people like you, we will have a great chance at reaching it. The money raised will drive groundbreaking research, provide life-changing programs and guarantee a supportive community for those who need it most. This cause is important to us, so we hope you can do your part to help end MS forever.
