Athletic Trainer Eric Oehms receives National Football Hall of Fame Chapter Award

Eric Oehms ATC Award 2 Jan 2018 Revised

Congratulations to Athletic Trainer Eric Oehms, MS, LAT, ATC, this year’s receipt of the Contribution to Amateur Football Award from the National Football Hall of Fame-Mississippi Gulf Coast Chapter!

The Contribution to Amateur Football Award is intended to provide recognition to an individual whose efforts and activities in support of the Foundation and its goals have been local in nature. Further, the award is for those individuals who work tirelessly out of pure love of the game and a desire to help athletes play it well. How appropriate that Eric should be given this award as he fits this description perfectly!

Eric has been an Athletic Trainer for 21 years with Encore Rehabilitation in the Mississippi Gulf Coast area.

Outstanding achievement, Eric! We thank you for your dedication and commitment!

When Debbie Richards first came to Encore Rehabilitation-Fayette, she had very limited use of her shoulder due to a fractured humerus. Physical Therapist Assistant Marla Kizzire says, “Debbie worked super hard. Now she has full function of her arm again. I’m excited and happy for her!” Debbie is excited, too, because now she is able to go visit her grandson again.  We wish you all the best, Debbie!

“They gave me back my life!”

Fay Cook HaleyvilleRevised

After having back surgery, her doctor prescribed therapy. Fay Cook chose Encore Rehabilitation-Haleyville for her treatment because her friends had been happy with their results.

Ms. Cook tells us, “I am a mother of three children, eighty-nine years old, retired teacher. This group of professional people gave me back my life. Now I am able to drive, pay bridge, and exercise one or two days a week.”

Thank you for choosing Encore Rehab, Ms. Cook! We LOVE to see you move!
